Strawberries and summer go together like peas and carrots. We wanted this fruity little number to radiate summer vibes, so we packed it full of our favourite red berry and some raspberries for good measure.
On top of this we used a Saison yeast to add an extra dash of panache. We complemented the beer with Callista and Strata hops and a new experimental hop called HBC 630 (catchy, eh?). The end result is a dry, fruity and zingy beer, perfect for breaking in the British summer.
