Inspiration
One of the first times we have used both the Philly Sour yeast strain and the first time we have used fresh green hops from the US. We wanted to brew a green hop beer that offered more than just that distinct ‘green hop’ profile, and so we combined it with this wonderful Philly Sour yeast, rhubarb concentrate and fresh roasted whole coffee beans. A mind blowing blend of flavours that simply works.
Expect
Fresh fruity coffee on the nose backed up with wonderful subtle rhubarb tones on the taste finishing with a rousing fruity tartness.

Extra Pale Malted Barley, Flaked Torrefied Oats, Malted Oats, Wheat, Biscuit & Dextrin
Hops & Extras
Hops: Fresh green hops from the US: Mosaic, Citra & Azacca
Fruit: Rhubarb Concentrate
Coffee: We conditioned this beer with coffee from our friends at The Roasting Party. We used their ‘The Party‘ coffee blend which offers beautiful fresh fruity notes
