Inspiration
What beer lover doesn’t enjoy a warming best bitter packed full of British malty goodness topped off with those distinct English floral hop notes. This beer descended from our past brewed ‘Panowow’ best bitter, where we have progressed the recipe to give a bit more mouthfeel, body & malty-ness to the beer.
The London-Surrey Classic is the name for the famous cycle ride that starts in London, rides through Surrey (Box hill area, which is very close to our Salfords brewery site) and finishes back in London; a name which very much represents our brewery history.
Expect
A bold rounded malty mouthfeel with layers of caramel and lightly roasted malts, topped off with distinct fresh floral English hops.
