Midnight Red was first brewed back in 2011 and was the second beer our brewery ever brewed, the beer was brewed at midnight & was a luscious red ale; that beer was consequently rebranded and Midnight Red never lived to see another brew. Things have changed a lot since then, but we wanted to reinstate such an important part of our brewing heritage. Brewed using a selection of highly kilned & lightly roasted malts creates a red backdrop for a balanced hit of Ernest, Yellow Sub & Amarillo hops.
