Funk – Red Farmhouse Sparkling Graf

A 8.5%abv beer X cider blend collaboration with ‘Against The Grain’ cidery

This beer has had quite the journey into this fine bottle:
/// a blend of crystal & Roasted malts in the mash
/// fermented with a classic Belgian yeast
/// aged on sherry oak
/// blended with wild fermented cider from our good friends at ‘Against The Grain’ cidery
/// then bottle conditioned & aged in bottle.

Expect plenty of underlying robust caramel malt notes, topped with wild funky cider fruity tones, with light sourness shining through.

Pair & share with:
/// ribeye steak
/// lamb rogan josh
/// a mature cheddar cheese.

Available in limited edition 750ml bottles
(and some 30L kegs for those very lucky bars)

Soul Brother – Burgundy Barrel Aged Stout

A 9.5%abv stout brewed to be aged in red wine Burgundy barrels for a prolonged period:

/// a pale malt base, with heaps of dark roasted barley & torrefied barley made up the mash
/// with British Goldings & admiral hops for subtle bittering
/// fermented with a British Ale yeast
/// aged in red wine burgundy barrels for 10 months
/// then bottle conditioned & aged in bottle

This beer has bold roasted malt notes & plenty of body, with distinct fruity oak noted pulsing through.

Paid & share with:
/// blue or mature hard cheese
/// with a charcuterie sharing platter
/// creme brulee
/// as a stand alone dessert beer

Only available in special 750ml bottles, 6 bottles per case or individually from our Taproom.

Hefeweizen – Wheat Beer

A 6.0% classic Hefeweizen style beer.

Brewed with over 55% of the malt bill being made up of Wheat, Rolled Oats, Torrefied Wheat, Flaked Torrefied Oats & Flaked Torrefied; resulting in a beautiful mouthfeel and a huge body. Traditional Mittelfruh German hops were used alongside a classic German style wheat beer yeast.

Expect a big rounded soft mouthfeel with bursting banana notes with a touch of classic spice from the hops.

Currently only available on keg, but cans will be available in 2020.

Old Smoke – English Smoked Tea Bitter

A 4.0%abv lightly smoked English tea bitter, combining the very best of English brewing influence & ingredients in a single beer.  A small amount of smoked malt is used, with the addition of soft floral Goldings & Challenger hops from Kent, with a final aromatic boost from the addition of the finest Ceylon & Earl Grey tea from our friends at JOEs Tea Co.

Hopslinger – West Coast IPA

This 5.9% abv West Coast IPA has been brought back to life from an original recipe we brewed back in 2013. This beer had evolved over the past 6 years to a cleaner less ‘West Coast’ style IPA but we wanted to revive the original recipe.

Expect subtle caramel notes on the body with citrus and floral hop notes topped off with a good hit of bitterness. Yes we revived the bitterness too!!!

Available in 30L keg only.

Espresso Oatmeal Stout

A one off special edition 4.0% cask ale, brewed with a huge dose of oats and British hops, then fermented with a British ale yeast, and conditioned with Arabica espresso coffee.

Expect a big rounded soft mouthfeel with light roast notes with a finishing rousing fresh coffee finish.

Available as a cask ale only.

Black Forest Gateau – Cherry Chocolate Imperial Stout

An 11% Imperial stout brewed with a huge amount of dark roasted malts & rich cacao, and conditioned with sour cherries.

Expect warming alcohol rounded with cherry and chocolate.

Available in 330ml cans.

Belgian Space Project – Belgian IPA

This beer was first brewed in 2013 and was last brewed in 2014. This was one of our favourite beers we brewed in that period, and so we have rolled back the history books so we could re-brew this old classic.

This beer pairs a Belgian Ardennes yeast strain with Galaxy hops. The unique yeast offers subtle spice yet with bursting classic Belgian fruity esters, and combine this with distinctive bold Galaxy hops.

A refreshing yet complex blend of flavours.

Available in 30L kegs and 440ml cans.

Lambeth Walk – Porter

We seasonally bring back Lambeth Walk every late Autumn/Winter season. An absolute stable and a classic.
Currently only available as a cask ale in 9G casks.

Diamond Geezer – Red Ale

An autumnal/winter classic which we release every year as a cask ale.
