Inspiration
We were fascinated by this style of beer that really offers a more delicate nature to an IPA style than what is the normal hop-forward approach. The interaction of a bold New Zealand hop called Nelson Sauvin with something more subtle in nature like Hallertau Blanc creates a unique hop profile, all brewed on a very dry malt base.
