Inspiration
We really enjoy blending a classic saison yeast profile with fruity flavours, with the complex estery spicy saison notes working in perfect unison with the hit of fresh fruit. This time we pair it with Mango.
Expect
Brewed with a complex malt profile to accentuate the yeast esters & offer a smooth mouth feel. Aromas of light spice & underlying mango, brewed with Sabro hops which offers additional tropical notes.
